Access is licensed only to individuals or organizations who have legally purchased or acquired a license via Gumroad , another authorized distribution channel, or who have been personally granted access by Nicholas Russell Consulting.

Per-User Licensing:

Each license is granted on a per-user basis. Every individual who accesses, uses, copies, modifies, or deploys this codebase—whether internally or externally—must be covered by one of the following:

  1. Individual License The user has personally obtained a valid license either by:
  • completing an authorized purchase (e.g., via Gumroad), or
  • receiving direct written permission from Nicholas Russell Consulting.

  1. Multi-Seat Organization License The user is explicitly listed (by name and email) in the “Licensed Users” section of a valid organization-wide license issued to their company.

  2. Unlimited-Seat Organization License The user is employed by or contracted to an organization that has been granted an unlimited internal-use license, which permits all members of that organization to access and use the codebase without being individually listed.

Users not covered by one of the three license types above are not authorized to use, copy, modify, or deploy the codebase in any form.

Consulting Use Disclaimer:

Consulting organizations licensed under this agreement may use the codebase to deliver work or solutions to their clients, provided that:

  • The consultant(s) accessing the code are individually licensed or covered under a valid multi-seat or unlimited-seat license.

  • The codebase is used only as part of services delivered by the licensed consulting organization.

  • The codebase itself — in whole or in part — may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or provided directly to any client without prior written permission from Nicholas Russell Consulting.

If a client wishes to use or maintain the kit independently, they must obtain their own license.

Conclusion

Unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of this code — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action, including but not limited to DMCA takedowns and claims of intellectual property infringement.
